Frequently asked questions

What makes PWR different from other training programs?

Plus Icon

Our programs are built by elite coaches who’ve trained Premier League players, Olympians, and Women’s World Cup athletes. We bring that same level of science-backed performance to youth athletes—specifically designed for girls.

Are these programs safe for youth athletes?
Plus Icon

Yes. All programs are age-appropriate and designed to improve athletic performance while reducing the risk of common injuries. Our female-specific tracks include added focus on joint stability and ACL prevention.

Do you offer programs for both boys and girls?
Plus Icon

Absolutely. We offer high-quality training for both male and female athletes, with programming customized to reflect the different biomechanical and developmental needs of each.

How many sessions are included each week?
Plus Icon

Each plan includes 3 expert-designed workouts per week, including strength, speed, and recovery components.

Where and how do athletes train?
Plus Icon

All sessions are delivered via the TrainHeroic app, so athletes can train at home, in the gym, or on the field—on their own schedule.

What equipment do I need?
Plus Icon

Minimal equipment is required. Most sessions use bodyweight, resistance bands, and optional dumbbells. Full equipment recommendations are provided upon sign-up.

Can this be done alongside team training?
Plus Icon

Yes. PWR is designed to complement team practices by focusing on performance, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development.

Is there coaching or feedback support?
Plus Icon

Yes! Athletes can message coaches within the app to ask questions, request modifications, or check in on progress.

What does it cost?
Plus Icon

Programs start at $50/month, with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime.

Can parents follow progress?
Plus Icon

Yes! The app tracks completed sessions and progress markers. Parents can also be included during setup if they’d like visibility into the training process.
