PWR Girls Soccer Performance (Ages 12-15) is built specifically for young female soccer players entering their peak developmental years. This age is critical—not just for performance gains, but for laying the foundation that prevents injury and supports long-term success. Our program combines elite-level training with a female-focused approach grounded in science, safety, and confidence-building.
Athletes will improve strength, speed, movement mechanics, and agility, while also learning how to train in ways that respect their body’s unique needs. Every session is designed by experts who’ve worked with Premier League players, Women’s World Cup athletes, and national team staff—now brought to youth athletes through our easy-to-use app.
